52 WEEK #44 Bit. That. Dude. In. Half. Crazy stuff last week and we’re getting down to the final weeks.
JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #6 As sad as I am to say this, I have not been really pumped about the first arc of this new series. When you compare it to the first Morrison arc, it just doesn’t get my blood flowing as much. There is some good story, but really I’m not sure who the bad-guy is at the end of issue 5. Later in the week I’ll sit down with all 6 and maybe that will change my thoughts.
CAPTAIN AMERICA #25 CW I’ve been waiting on the trades on Cap too, but this one I’ll pick up in the store. I’ve read some ‘Oh Oh! I know what happens!’ already, and I’m actually looking forward to this issue quite a lot.
CIVIL WAR INITIATIVE (I left this off the initial list, but then picked it up at the store.)
CRIMINAL #5 (MR) $2.99 This has been good. I think it will be better when I sit down and read the whole storyline in one sitting. I may wait for the trade of the next arc.
DAREDEVIL BY FRANK MILLER & KLAUS JANSON OMNIBUS VOL 1 HC I’ll be ordering this online somewhere, as my store doesn’t carry trades.
FANTASTIC FOUR #543 CW $3.99 I may get this. I don’t read FF any more (I have Waid’s run, but quit after that) but I’m interested as to the post CW fall out in the book.
INCREDIBLE HULK #104 I just went back and re-read all of the planet Hulk stuff. It’s a solid story. I’m scared everything is going to become bad (and not in a good way) as we lead up to World War Hulk.
MARVEL ZOMBIES ARMY OF DARKNESS #1 I may pick this up. I totally dug Marvel Zombies, and more Kirkman is a good thing.
MIGHTY AVENGERS #1 I’m a sucker for good art sometimes.
ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #106 I enjoyed the end of the clone saga. I need to go reread all these some Saturday afternoon, to see how well the later stuff holds up against the early stuff.
